Description

Client should check at startup for the minimum version allowed to run, and close if lower than that version. Admins should be able to control this via the admin client.

This is already half-implemented - the server is storing the values for this already, and the admin client even already has the management feature to set/manage versions for each client channel (Stable/Beta/Dev) independently. Last piece is to add in the actual client-side check. We will likely also add validation of client versions which submitted jobs to server-side job processing to reject jobs if somehow submitted by out-of-date clients (this data is already also sent/tracked with each job, so it will be easy to add this).
