EMU Client Settings: ForceEMUUsageForAutoLogonChanges

The ForceEMUUsageForAutoLogonChanges allows admins to set whether the EMU client will make autologon settings directly, or queue them as jobs on the EMU server.  An org may choose one method over the other for various reasons.

1. If this setting is set to True:
   1. The EMU Server will queue AutoLogon changes as jobs on the EMU server utilizing the EMU Server Service Account.
2. If this setting is set to False:
   1. The EMU Server will make autologon changes directly to the target hosts utilizing the EMU user's account.
