The Services sub-feature of Computer Management offers users what is essentially a remote services snap-in for target hosts. Users are able to start/stop/restart, and adjust startup types for services via right click options presented.

The Services pane is a view of service statuses either upon the time of connection, or the last time the refresh button is clicked. In order to prevent disruption in work, the Services pane does not automatically refresh. You can refresh the Services pane either by reconnecting to the target host, or by clicking the refresh button to only refresh the Services Pane.
