EMU Client Settings: UseAutoLogonEXE

The UseAutoLogonEXE settings controls whether or not EMU will use AutoLogon.exe to apply AutoLogon settings to target hosts. 

1. If this set to False:
   1. EMU will apply AutoLogon settings directly in the registry
      1. Warning: The result is a non-encrypted autologon account password stored in the registry.  Only Local Admins should be able to retrieve this, but it's still not recommended.  Still, some applications require being able to read from these settings if they are present, so the option is available to each organization to decide.
2. If this is set to True:
   1. EMU will apply AutoLogon settings utilizing AutoLogon.exe
      1. This is the recommended setting, as it will store the AutoLogon account password in an encrypted manner in the registry.
